Google has acquired Doubleclick last March 11 for a whopping sum of 3.1 billion US Dollars after it was given the green light by the European Commision. Google, previous to the acquisition, aims at contextual ad content (AdSense or AdWord) by analyzing the context of the webpage and putting text-based ads, but due to its acquisition of Doubleclick, graphic or display advertisement will now be present in the wide array of marketing schemes, something that google hasn’t focused on in its lifespan as an advertiser.
In effect this deal has made Google, Inc (Nasdaq, GOOG) as the world’s largest advertiser, finally beating competitors such as Microsoft in the ad game.

It was declared from a reliable source of the Apple Insider last year that the production of the Mac Mini or any other developments for this device will be put to a halt. But three months after that news break, it was announced by the Cupertino company that they will be releasing drop-ins of the product with an Intel Core2 Duo as its processor. The news (or rumor) site says that it is just an add in and no engineering was required for the added processor. But in a recent post last March 21 says that:
Among the improvements destined for the new lineup are 45-nanometer Core 2 Duo mobile chips starting at 2.1GHz with 3MB of shared L2 cache, an 800MHz front-side bus (up from 667MHz), and a step up to the same Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics processor employed by the existing line of 13-inch consumer MacBooks.
With this news, it seems that all system in terms of engineering and production will be put in full steam. From: http://arstechnica.com/journals/apple.ars/2008/03/21/rumor-new-mac-mini-in-development

Hidden in the numbers is an indication that Internet Explorer 7 is having trouble finding traction as companies are sticking with the 6-year-old Internet Explorer 6. Microsoft released IE7 in October 2006, but 55.2% of companies still used IE6 as of December 2007. Only 23.4% of companies used IE7, barely outpacing the growth and use of Firefox. Firefox 2.0, also released in October 2006, “almost completely replaced” the previous version of Firefox, version 1.5.
That result, along with Firefox’s growth despite the fact that “Mozilla continues to expend little energy on wooing IT managers to formally adopt Firefox,” as the report notes, could indicate that employees rather than IT managers are driving Firefox adoption.
